I recently stayed at the hotel and was really disappointed with the overall experience. The older part of the property feels dated, and while the Guitar hotel looks impressive, the service was quite poor. I had issues with my room not being ready and the staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns. While there was some entertainment available, the overall experience didn’t feel worth the price.
